Idylling in Cassia
Wherein my Ghost Koi Scriptorium Pens Idyll prototype (IM) is paired with Rohrer & Klingner Cassia.
On my Ghost Koi Scriptorium Pens Idyll prototype (IM) joined its comrades when it was filled with Rohrer & Klingner Cassia. The pen was in use for one month and was emptied and cleaned on , saying good-bye to its fellows.
Thoughts Before Filling
I have two aims with this pairing. One is to try yet another Rohrer & Klingner ink. The other is to have a purple ink that better matches the pen itself.
Thoughts After Cleaning the Pen
While this is a good purple ink, and it paired well with the pen, it didn’t move me the way I want an ink to move me. The combination works, in general, but I did find myself reaching for another pen over this one as many times I didn’t want to use this shade of purple.
