Wings over Lexington

Wherein my Silver Wing Sung 30 (IEF) is paired with Noodler's Lexington Gray.

On my Silver Wing Sung 30 (IEF) joined its comrades when it was filled with Noodler's Lexington Gray. I refilled it 2 times; the last refill was on . The pen was in use for 4 years and was emptied and cleaned on , saying good-bye to its fellows.

Thoughts Before Filling

I bought these Wing Sung pens precisely because they are cheap, so I won’t care what happens to them, thus they are my experimentation pens. While I don’t believe that Lexington Gray will do anything harmful to the pen, nor stain it, I’d rather find that out on a cheap pen, so here we go!

Thoughts After Cleaning the Pen

I’ve wrapped up my journal project/experiment. It took far longer than I expected. In all that time, this pen and this ink came to be a favorite. I will likely return to this at some point in the future.
