On October 22, 2016 my Ivory Darkness Noodler's Ahab (IF) joined its comrades when it was filled with Noodler's Proctor's Ledge. The pen was in use for about 3 months and was emptied and cleaned on January 18, 2017, saying good-bye to its fellows.

Thoughts Before Filling

When I saw the video that talked about this ink I knew I wanted to have a bottle. I didn’t think that would be possible but a retailer offered some for sale and I quickly bought a bottle. I wanted to try this out in an italic pen and I thought it would be fitting to try it out in one of my Ahabs.

Thoughts After Cleaning the Pen

I really enjoy this ink, but the pen’s nib is slightly misaligned to the feed, so there was some writing issues. I look forward to using the ink again the near future. The pen will need some work before it gets used again, but that’s what these Ahabs are for: tinkering.
