On August 14, 2015 my White TWSBI ECO (Fine) joined its comrades when it was filled with Diamine Mediterranean Blue. The pen was in use for about 4 months and was emptied and cleaned on December 8, 2015, saying good-bye to its fellows.

Thoughts Before Filling

My wife and kids got me the TWSBI Eco for my birthday; naturally I wanted to ink it up and use it. I’m ashamed to say I realized that I had never used Diamine’s Mediterranean Blue even though I bought a 30ml bottle of it about a year ago. It was high time that I used it, so it made it into the rotation.

Thoughts After Cleaning the Pen

This pen surpassed my expectations and part of that has to do with the ink. This is a watery blue ink and in the pen it looked stunning. Were it not the Christmas season I would refill this pen and keep going, but I’m in the mood for something more festive!
