Lamy 2000 + R&K Sepia

Wherein my Makrolon Lamy 2000 (0.6mm CI) is paired with Rohrer & Klingner Sepia.

On my Makrolon Lamy 2000 (0.6mm CI) joined its comrades when it was filled with Rohrer & Klingner Sepia. I refilled it 2 times; the last refill was on . The pen was in use for 9 months and was emptied and cleaned on , saying good-bye to its fellows.

Thoughts Before Filling

I really want to try R&K’s Sepia ink. I’ve read reviews of it and seen photos and the color intrigues me. It appears to be a cross between a brown and a grey and I’m excited to give it a try. Plus, there is something fun about using a German ink in a German pen.

Thoughts After Cleaning the Pen

I loved this pen combination, as evidenced by the number of refills and the duration this was in rotation. I will likely come back to it in the future. For reasons I do not yet understand when I think of my Lamy 2000 I think of Rohrer & Kingner Sepia as the ink that must go with it.
