On September 1, 2017 my Night Blue Mica Pilot Namiki Stella 90S (Fine) joined its comrades when it was filled with De Atramentis Document Fog Grey. The pen was in use for 3 months and was emptied and cleaned on December 8, 2017, saying good-bye to its fellows.

Thoughts Before Filling

I found myself in the mood for another permanent/waterproof ink and I don’t currently have any pens with grey ink, and I’ve long wanted to dry De Atramentis’s Document inks.

Thoughts After Cleaning the Pen

I have mixed feelings about this. The ink was a nice blue-grey color, but it had far greater show through than I expected, and it produced a broader line than I’m used to in this nib. I’m glad I only have a sample of this ink at this time because I’m still on the fence about it.
