Wherein my Walnut Conway Stewart Churchill (IM) is paired with Diamine Strauss.
On my Walnut Conway Stewart Churchill (IM) joined its comrades when it was filled with Diamine Strauss. The pen was in use for one month and was emptied and cleaned on , saying good-bye to its fellows.
Thoughts Before Filling
In preparation for a meeting with a neophyte fountain pen friend (my boss) I was asked to bring my current favorite. I couldn’t decide which pen that was and wanted to include this one. So I decided to fill it with a new ink and see where it takes me.
Thoughts After Cleaning the Pen
The ink turned out to be an interesting orange-brown in this pen. I was not expecting that and it didn’t fit the season nor my mood. I suspect that in the autumn this ink will be on my mind and will return into the rotation.
