On April 10, 2024 my Purple TWSBI Diamond Mini AL (Extra Fine) joined its comrades when it was filled with Diamine Grape. The pen was in use for 6 months and was emptied and cleaned on November 3, 2024, saying good-bye to its fellows.

Thoughts Before Filling

A new pen arrived yesterday and I want to use it. I don’t have a purple in rotation at the moment and I couldn’t resist using a ink named “Grape” with a pen of the same name!

Thoughts After Cleaning the Pen

I enjoyed using this pen. I’m not entirely sure how much to credit the nib versus the body but writing with this pen was effortless; I found that my handwriting was smoother and more fluid with this pen than others currently in rotation. The ink was nice, but nothing special. I wouldn’t turn it down, but neither would I go looking for it.
